Welcome to Myticket ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services for booking events, experiences, and tickets in Oman. By making a booking through our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number.
2.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring all booking details are correct before payment.
2.3 Booking Reference: Keep your booking reference number safe. You will need it to access your tickets and at the venue entrance.
2.4 Ticket Validity: Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of booking. Entry may be refused for incorrect dates.
3.1 Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Omani Rial (OMR).
3.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through our secure payment gateway, which supports major credit/debit cards and digital wallets.
3.3 Payment Security: All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant systems. We do not store your card details on our servers.
3.4 VAT: All prices include 5% VAT as applicable under Omani law.
4.1 Customer Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by event and experience. Please check the specific cancellation terms on the product page before booking.
4.2 Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
4.3 Refund Processing: Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
4.4 Non-Refundable Items: Service fees and booking fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
5.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
5.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.
5.3 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and venue rules when attending events.
6.1 Usage: Promotional codes are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity periods and applicable products.
6.2 Limitations: Only one promotional code can be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.
6.3 Expiration: Promotional codes expire on the date specified. Expired codes cannot be used or reactivated.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
